Rated 1 out of 5 by TAD from Check dimensions before you buy! Too Tall! Motor too tall to fit within our ac enclosure without mounted propeller hitting the top of compressor. Check all motor dimensions before buying this motor. I took a chance on buying a couple of these while our regular motors were unavailable. It is almost an inch taller than our standard replacement. Now since I already mounted one, I'm stuck with it. Will return other while I can still get my money back!Rated 3 out of 5 by review from Example: Best Purchase Ever... Example: the drill was really easy to assemble, lightweight and not noisy. I am really pleased with the battery life and was able to use the drill without charging for over an hour of heavy duty use... Rated 5 out of 5 by serg from a/c condenser fan motor I live in a small Arizona town and the local sales store has a $175 price for the identical fan motor. That's not the end of the story. To get a local repairman to install the purchased fan were bids from $400 to $700 for installation labor. it took me a half hour to install the new motor purchased from home depot. There is a very small amount of electrical knowledge needed to perform the installation process and I suggest that if you want to, don't spend the extra $400 to $600 try to do the installation yourself. also home depot's cost is a fair price. Rated 4 out of 5 by Foxy from Cost effective replacement The replacement condenser fan motor was delivered as promised complete with wiring/installation instructions. Replacing the old motor was easy and completed within an hour with minimal tools required. At less than one third of the cost of the A/C manufacturers replacement mother it is exceptional value and so far has performed exactly as it should. If you are handy with basic tools spend less than $90 on a motor rather than $600 having an A/C technician replace it for you. Rated 4 out of 5 by meinatl from as advertised
